After clicking the “Book” you will be directed to a new window. Simply just choose a Book/Calendar Format you want to create and then click “Select”.

After clicking the “Select” you will be directed to another window, in here you will choose a theme for your book/calendar.

After selecting a theme for your photo book, You can select “Autoflow” for starters and iPhoto will lay-out your book in sequence. You can then do some rearranging and add captions of your own. For calendars just go ahead and choose the calendar option and just let us know the size you want, we resize it downwards with little or no quality problems.

When the book or calendar is done, right-click (or ctrl-click) anywhere on gray area, card or calendar and you should see an option “save as PDF”, give your file an appropriate name and save it as a PDF file.

Picturebooks reminder: Do not use “File > Print > Save as PDF” as that uses a different page setting and may result in pages with uneven white borders. Also be careful of your spread images, make sure you do not have faces or important texts on the binding area.

Save the file to somewhere easy to find.

Wait until the exporting is finished.

After the exporting is done. Open your pdf file and double check your layout before submitting it to any of our Kiosks or uploading and sending it to info@picturebooks.com.ph. See uploading details here.
