We believe that each book sent to us holds a special meaning to those who made it. We value the time and effort spent on every single book sent to us. We are passionate about making books and we want every single one to be superior in quality. We have measures to make sure that we inspect each and every book we craft. However, should there be any defects in the printing or binding of your book, let us know within 14 days of receipt of your book and we will fix the problem. We are not responsible for errors made in the file prior to printing. Files sent to us are final and require that the customer has made sure they have checked the file thoroughly for any errors. Our delivery time is also something we are proud of, however, we will not be held liable for any delays due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. Being a good member of Philippine Educational Publishers Assocation, Philippine Bookselllers Association and certified by the National Book Development Board, we take copyright ownership very seriously. Should there be any reports of copyright infringement in our customer's works, let us know and we will investigate the matter immediately. However, since we do not own rights to any of the works given to us, so we are not liable for any infringement.
